What is Self Awareness?

This course will provide learners with the knowledge and skills to self-reflect, understand emotional intelligence and the various learning styles. As well as outlining the various personality types, and theories surrounding **emotional intelligence,**this section will provide you with all the resources, diagrams and descriptions of some of the most important models regarding self-awareness, such as Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the Johari Window and many more.
