What are Coaching and Mentoring?

It can mean lots of things to different people, but whatever coaching and mentoring mean to you, they are two of the most valuable tools for personal and professional development. They are also two things that all of us are familiar with, and will have experienced during our lives, though often we may not realise it.

Coaching and mentoring are also two of the most important skills in the arsenal of any leader. They can be used to drive growth and therefore better results from yourself and others, and can also aid individuals in overcoming struggles and barriers to progress.
